What are some small habits that changed your life?

1. Sleep in total darkness until you can't see your hand waving in front of you. Cover up any tiny lights and shut those windows tight. You'll sleep like a baby and feel amazing in the morning.

2. Take cold showers. Sure, it's uncomfortable, but it builds your resilience. Do it often enough and life's tough moments will feel like a breeze. Plus, you'll boost your confidence.

3. Exercise for 30 minutes a day. Run, walk, squat, do push-ups—whatever gets you sweating. It's a great way to break a sweat and push your limits. Over time, you'll notice both physical and mental gains.

4. Smile. It tricks your brain into thinking you're happy and makes you more charismatic and approachable to others.

5. Cut out porn and seriously limit masturbation. Porn messes with your brain. It skews your perception of women and can make you awkward and overly focused on sex in social interactions. You'll enjoy socializing more if you kick the habit.

6. Read more. Start with a few sentences if you’re not into it, then work your way up to pages. It will make you smarter and improve your communication and focus.

7. Fix your posture. Stand tall with your chest up and back straight. "Fake it till you make it" really works! You'll feel more confident and people will perceive you as more powerful.
